This video shows a primary trabeculectomy by Dr. Myers. It is a fornix based conjunctival flap, and is performed with mitomycin under topical and subconjunctival anesthesia. The video features a tunnel technique to create a flap, and a wing/purse string closure of the conjunctiva at the limbus.
