broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, The Wills Eye Institute are free to use any

7. Choice of Law and Venue. This agreement is governed
by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of choice of laws. The
Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania shall be the exclusive jurisdiction
and venue for any claim between the parties, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction
and venue of those courts. In any action to enforce these Terms of Use, The Wills
Eye Institute shall be entitled to court costs and attorneys fees. If any of the
provisions of this agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent
jurisdiction not to be enforceable, then such provisions shall be limited or eliminated
to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in
full force and effect.
8. Participant Restriction This site is intended only
for those able to legally form a binding contract. If this is not possible, then
you may not use this site. The Wills Eye Institute reserves the right to cancel
your subscription including cancelling your login and password if, at any time and
for any reason, without giving you prior notice, in our sole discretion, including,
but not limited to instances that we believe you may have engaged in fraudulent
behavior, downloading copyrighted materials, or any other illegal activity. You
agree that Wills Eye Institute will not be held liable to you or any third party
for taking these actions.
