1. ACIOL removal placement of capsule supported PCIOL and DSEK

2. Removal of dislocated PCIOL-bag complex, sulcus-sutured PCIOL and DSEK

3. PK for a perforated corneal ulcer and extrusion of the crystalline lens

4. PK for a large perforated corneal ulcer with extrusion of the PCIOL

5. Patch graft for a corneal melt

6. McCannel suture of a subluxed PCIOL after a PK
